Service Terms and Conditions
In requesting your dog(s) be accepted into Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play, you understand and agree to the following:
Health and behavior:
Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play does not accept excessive barkers or dogs that bark constantly in this instance I understand that I may be contacted to come and collect my dog.
My dog(s) must be in good general health, and I must provide proof of current C5 vaccinations in order for my dog(s) to attend Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play. C5 certification can be provided by your veterinarian.
I must inform Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play if my dog has been infected with any transmittable diseases.
In the event of illness, I authorize Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play staff to take my dog(s) to our recommended Vet, Narellan Animal Hospital, Unit 3/6 Queen Street, Narellan NSW 2567. Ph 02 4648 2450. If emergency treatment is required. I will pay in full any vet expenses upon collection of my dog(s) from Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play.
Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play does not accept any dogs that have known behavior problems, I must inform Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play that my dog(s) may have, including, but not limited to, excessive barking, dominance, mounting etc.
Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play does not accept dogs over 10 years of age for play sessions as the environment may not be comfortable or suitable for senior dogs.
All dogs in Pooch Play Sessions at Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play must be neutered or spayed (over the age of nine months), well-socialised and friendly to not only other dogs but also people. Any dog found to be aggressive will not be accommodated at Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play. Any behaviour deemed dangerous or inappropriate at Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play may result in my dog(s) removal from the facility.
Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play is a cage-free environment that allows dogs to interact and play directly with one another off leash under supervision. Every dog reacts differently and animals, by nature, can be unpredictable and therefore present a certain level of risk. I acknowledge and understand that there are certain risks involved in daycare / play sessions, including but not limited to injuries to people, property and animal.
Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play staff will administer first aid if required to all minor injuries and notify me of injury when I pick up my dog(s). I accept all reasonable risk of injury to my dog(s) that may occur in normal activities of a dog daycare environment.
My dog(s) is cared for at Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play without liability for loss or damage from disease, theft, fire, escape, injury or harm to persons, other dogs, or property. I hereby release Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play from any liability or claim for injury or loss associated with my dog’s attendance and participation at Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play.
In case of emergency, I recognize the risks of injury that accompany transport to and from the facility or any other necessary location.
Pick-up and drop-off
Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play operating hours are from 7:30am to 6:30pm. If I do not pick up my dog(s) by 6:30pm there will be a late fee of $20 applied to my account.
All dogs must be on-lead and kept under control by their owners until handed over to a Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play attendant. All dogs must always enter and leave the facility on a lead.
All customers must see reception at Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play to check their dogs in on arrival.
To assist with the prevention of barking dogs we ask you not to enter our Pooch Play area or try and stick your head in the door upon drop off and pick up. We will send you photos and updates during the day.
Pooch Pamper / Grooming
All dogs must always wear a collar and clearly labelled name tag whilst attending Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play. We kindly ask that you leave your harnesses at home.
Upon Grooming my dog(s) I understand that little skin tears and cuts can and may occur when using sharp instruments on and close to dogs’ skin.
Dogs may develop a clipper rash / skin irritations due to shaving especially if they are mattered. I understand that there is a risk of clipper skin tears and cuts generally due to mattered dogs
Mattered dogs take additional time and knots and mats may need to be chipped away at for hour(s) I understand that additional fees will occur if my dog is mattered
Dogs found with flees require a mandatory flea wash and I understand that an additional flea fee will occur.
Dogs that are showing signs of aggression may require to be muzzled for brief periods of time during Pampering / Grooming sessions.
I understand that Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play will not be covering vet bills on dogs that have encountered skin tears or cuts on mattered dogs
I understand that my dog(s) may seem acting strange after a pamper session due to a huge change, they may feel weird. Your dog may cower or hide from you, look angry or annoyed, even sad at times. It may be worrying but this is normal dog behavior after a drastic change.
I understand that Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play may not be able to complete a pamper session should it be unsafe to do so, due to dogs that are aggressive, jumpy or are presenting behavioral issues in this instance I will be contacted to collect my dog from Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play
Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play reserves the right to send dogs home at any point should the grooming process be deemed unsafe to the groomer or dog to continue with the groom.
I understand that Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play does not use any sedation under any circumstances, should you advise Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play that your dog needs sedation to be groomed then we strongly advise you take it to a vet.
I understand that pooch play (dog daycare) is offered at a discounted rate on days that my dog(s) are booked in at Pooch Pamper for grooming.
I understand that dogs that have not paid for Pooch Play (dog daycare) will remain crated in the salon until the dog(s) is collected by the owner and the owner will need to collect when notified by Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play that they are ready.
I understand that additional charges may apply for additional time taken to groom my dog(s) due to coat condition & length, matting, temperament behavior, parasites and skin conditions.
Prices are subject to change depending on time taken between grooms, your dog(s) behavior, condition and needs.
It is recommended that your dog(s) visit Pooch Pamper for grooming every 4-6 weeks to ensure optimal coat and skin health.
Pregnant dogs should not be groomed in the salon past 6 weeks gestation this can be done at the Vet.
Dogs are not permitted in the salon if they have a litter on the ground at home (puppies must have either left for their new homes or have had their second vaccination before parents may attend the salon.
Pooch Play / Daycare

All new dogs must undertake a trial or assessment day to be accepted at Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play.
Pooch Play (dog daycare) has limited places, so we strongly encourage that bookings are made in advance via our website. Should Pooch Play reach capacity then we shall start to encourage regular weekly reoccurring bookings to avoid disappointment.
Bookings
All bookings are subject to acceptance by Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play
If you have an accepted booking, you are guaranteed a place on the day
If you do not have an accepted booking, you may be turned away on the day
All booking cancellations and amendments must be submitted via the online portal / website no later than 48 hours before the booked day otherwise this booking will incur a no show or Cancellation fee.
All booking cancellations and amendments are subject to acceptance via portal.
Cancellations and No-Shows made within 48 hours of the booking date will result in full fees being taken.
Amendments made to bookings within a 48-hour period prior to their booking may occur a 50% administration fee
Poch Luxury Pamper and Play will honour customers booking recurring days in the future (e.g. every Tuesday) by sending a request via our online portal / website.
Recurring bookings are subject to acceptance from Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play.
If you have an accepted recurring booking, you are guaranteed a place on the day
If you do not have a recurring accepted booking, you may be turned away on the day
Acceptance for the recurrence counts as acceptance for each individual booking.
Recurring bookings are subject to the no-show policy – cancellations or amendments to a schedule day or days must be submitted via email at least 48 hours in advance.
Payments
Payment for Pooch Play / Daycare and Pooch Pamper / Grooming must be made in full at time of booking unless you have multiple bookings then should be paid the day prior to attendance. Outstanding balances need to be paid before future bookings will be accepted.
General
I acknowledge that all photographic images or digital recordings taken of the facility, dogs, customers and staff, together with their prints and their copyrights therein are the property of Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play. I authorise Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play to reproduce/alter the images, in print or electronic format without compensation to me and I waive the right to approve the finished images
I authorise Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play to use images of my dog(s) on social media platforms and Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play online portal / website.
When completing the daycare enrolment form, I do so to the best of my knowledge and will notify Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play immediately of any changes to the information I have provided.
Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play does not take responsibility for leads, jackets or items that have gone missing or cannot be accounted for if left at our premises.
Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play bears no responsibility for the loss, injury, sickness or death that is caused by the negligence by Pooch Luxury Pamper and Play
Rudeness to our team or other customers will not be tolerated
At Pooch Luxury pamper and play we have used our best endeavors to put these terms and conditions in place for the welfare of your dog(s)
I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTOOD ITS TERMS, and UNDERSTOOD THAT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
